High-Reach Forklift Operator (Cold Storage)

You scan the first ticket, swing smoothly down the narrow aisle, and lift a pallet into a high bay with precision. • Operate a reach truck safely to move cases and pallets across the warehouse and cooler
• Pick individual cases and full pallets with accuracy and speed
• Load, unload, and stage product in designated locations
• Support production and warehouse teams with timely material flow
• Follow food safety and warehouse safety procedures without exception
• Keep aisles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized

• At least 2 years of hands-on Reach Truck experience
• Reliable attendance and a consistent work history
• Comfort working in a cooler environment
• Ability to lift and pick cases up to 50 lbs
• Availability for 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
• Sharp focus on safety and accuracy

• Starting pay: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour
• Pay frequency: Weekly
• Full-time schedule
