What You’ll Do
Lead the Customer Experience
Ensure every guest receives a consistent, quality experience
Execute brand recipes and techniques with precision
Resolve customer concerns with positivity and professionalism
Lead your team in delivering an Amazing experience every time
Keep the Store Running Smoothly
Maintain speed of service during highvolume peaks
Stay calm, anticipate guest needs, and manage workflow efficiently
Use downtime wisely to prep for the next rush
Train & Develop Your Team
Assist the Store Leader with onboarding and training new team members
Build strong working relationships with the team
Identify motivation factors and provide clear, constructive feedback
Reinforce performance standards set by Hart Family Coffee
Drive Sales & Profitability
Seek opportunities to increase sales through consistent upselling
Hold baristas accountable to upselling standards
Understand key store metrics and help improve overall performance
Operational Expertise
Be the subject matter expert in:
Serve as a keyholder and master all opening/closing procedures
Ensure all team members follow Hart Family Coffee procedures and safety guidelines
Support Store Leadership
Help find coverage for open shifts
Assist with administrative duties as requested
Communicate business health clearly to the team
Qualifications
Available for25+ hours per week
Passion for people and leadership
Willingness to master brand recipes and techniques
Strong communication and teaching skills
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
