As a CAD Technician II, you will play a key role in supporting engineering and construction teams by producing detailed, accurate technical drawings and plans. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met and drawings comply with applicable standards.
Note: This role may require occasional visits to job sites to perform field verification, gather measurements, or support project coordination efforts.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
Compensation:$30 - $40 hourly
Industries Supported:
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a CAD Technician in the construction or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
Associate degree or technical diploma in Drafting, CAD Technology, or a related field desired (preferred but not required).
Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing practices, and building systems.
Ability to read and understand architectural, mechanical, structural, and electrical plans.
Familiarity with construction documentation, site layouts, and code compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under project deadlines.
