Responsibilities

You will join a collaborative and supportive leadership team at Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital,a 57-bed specialty hospital known for its welcoming, supportive environmentandfocuson delivering exceptional care.Leaders here are hands-on and committed tostrengthening communication and workflows, supporting frontline teammembers,and encouraging professional growth and development.You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and patient throughputwhile ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety standards.The clinical experienceyou bring to this role will support meaningful improvements in patient care, teamperformance,and the continued growth of cardiac programs.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificaterequired

• Demonstratedexpertisein the service area and leadership abilityrequired

• 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare settingrequired

• Previousleadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare settingrequired

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of Californiarequired

• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA)required
