How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Zero in on issues across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to restore uptime quickly
- Perform rigorous preventative and predictive maintenance to stop problems before they start
- Maintain and repair aluminum extrusion presses and supporting equipment, ensuring consistent performance
- Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and other rotating equipment to eliminate bottlenecks
- Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic circuitscylinders, valves, and componentsto correct pressure and flow issues
- Use a multimeter and interpret electrical schematics to track down faults and verify fixes
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Proven industrial maintenance background, ideally within manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with hydraulics and pneumatics in production settings
- Advanced mechanical troubleshooting and repair capabilities
