TMCO is currently seeking Powder Coating Technicians for our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts to support our growing production team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Comfortable working in a warm environment
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work well on a team
Job Duties:
Supporting ALL aspects of a very busy productive powder coating facility. Including but not limited to:
- Apply powder coating to parts
- Load and unload products on a moving track system
- Prepare parts before coating
- Inspect coated parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Package finished product
- Assist with basic product assembly as needed
- Keep work area clean and follow all safety rules
