ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver a wide variety of items to different job sites through different routes
Maximizing deliveries o ensure peak time management and efficiency
Reviewing materials before and after delivery to ensure that materials are correct
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe drive record
Follow routes and time schedule
Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle
Complete logs and reports
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned in order to keep up with company needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid professional driver’s license
Proven work experience as a delivery drive
Ability to operate large machinery in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
Possess physical and mental aptitudes and capabilities that will enable them to do the essential functions of the job.
Possess ability to learn, problem-solve, independently assess situations, and respond appropriately and safely to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
Demonstrate ability to communicate, understand, give or follow written, verbal, or demonstrated instructions, write information, and request assistance. Ability to communicate well with all types of people – external and internal consumers of services.
Exceptional project management skills including the ability to create action plans and achieve the timeline. Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
CDL License
High school degree
A detailed-oriented person who demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position will be providing service in a general factory and construction site environment. There may be exposure to inclement weather, travel to out of town projects, working with or on high buildings and equipment, lifting up to 75 plus pounds, and busy season may require flexible working hours.
