A growing national construction firm is seeking a Pursuits Coordinator to support high-profile pursuits across its portfolio. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented proposal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and knows how to turn technical information into polished, compelling submissions.
You'll partner with marketing, preconstruction, operations, and senior leadership to coordinate winning RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and interview materials from kickoff through final submission.
Responsibilities
- Manage pursuit schedules, deadlines, and deliverables from start to finish.
- Coordinate proposal content with preconstruction, operations, design, and leadership teams.
- Develop and edit proposal narratives, resumes, project sheets, org charts, and supporting materials.
- Maintain pursuit tracking and provide visibility into active opportunities.
- Produce polished proposal packages using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft 365.
- Coordinate go/no-go and proposal review meetings.
- Maintain reusable proposal content, project information, and marketing assets.
- Capture lessons learned following shortlists and awards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience coordinating construction, architecture, engineering, or related proposals.
- Strong writing, editing, organization, and deadline-management skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, client-focused content.
- Comfortable collaborating with project teams and senior leaders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously.
