Job Description:
We are currently hiringGeneral Laborers and Finishersto supportmanufacturing, warehouse, and production operations. This position is ideal for individuals with experience ingeneral labor, manufacturing, warehouse work, construction, or metal finishing.
The General Laborer will assist withmaterial handling, equipment operation, product assembly, grinding and finishing metal parts, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Performgeneral labor dutiesin manufacturing, warehouse, and production environments
- Assist withconstruction and maintenance tasks,including carrying materials and supporting equipment operation
- Perform building maintenance, change filters, cleaning, trash, toilets, and sinks
- Load and unload materials and shipmentsin warehouse operations
- Supportmanufacturing and production linesby assembling products and operating machinery
- Usehand tools and power toolssuch as grinders and sanders to finish metal parts
- Remove defects,smooth welds, and deburr metal componentsto meet quality standards
- Inspect finished products forquality and accuracy
- Prepare parts forpainting, packaging, or shipping
- Maintainclean work areas and perform janitorial dutieswhen needed
- Followworkplace safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or production preferred
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
