Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Process transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems.

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

• Stock shelves and merchandise products.

• Upsell products and services.

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.

• Stay updated with product knowledge and promotions.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills for managing inventory and maintaining a tidy sales floor.

• Knowledge of technology products with the ability to sell effectively.

• Excellent time management for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Proficiency in cash handling procedures.

• Ability to sell products by highlighting features and benefits.

• Basic understanding of retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, and profit margins.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a retail environment.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
