Job Title: Inventory Associate – Early Morning Retail Audit Team
Starting Pay: $19.00 / hour (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Early Morning Start (6:00 AM) | Weekends Off
Location: Altoona, PA (Serving 16601, 16602 & Surrounding Blair County Area)
Reliable personal vehicle required for regional store routes.

No prior inventory experience? No problem. We provide 100% paid, hands-on training starting Day 1.
What You’ll Do:Count & Scan: Use 10-key handheld scanners to accurately count retail merchandise on sales floors, backroom storage, and cooler spaces.
Team Operations: Travel daily with your regional team to scheduled retail sites across the local territory.
Store Collaboration: Work alongside store managers to confirm accurate counts before wrapping up the daily audit.
Stay Active: Move, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs in fast-paced retail environments.
Reliable Transportation: Valid Driver’s License, active personal auto insurance, and a dependable vehicle.
Early Risers: Comfort starting on-site at 6:00 AM daily.
Screening: Ability to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and ability to work on your feet for the full shift.
Starting Rate: $19.00 / hr
Paid Travel:All route travel time between client sites is fully paid.
