Production Associate

We're seeking a motivated Production Associate to join our growing team in Davenport, IA. This is a hands-on role in a warehouse and production environment where you'll assist with order fulfillment, material handling, packaging, shipping, receiving, and production operations.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn additional income through a production-based incentive program after completing training. This position offers a consistent 1st-shift schedule, cross-training opportunities, and room for career growth.

• Pull and prepare copper tubing, pipe, and other materials for customer orders.
• Accurately select products and quantities according to work orders and pick sheets.
• Package, box, bundle, and wrap products to ensure safe shipment and delivery.
• Apply labels, barcodes, and product identification markers.
• Operate basic production equipment and hand tools for cutting, wrapping, and processing materials.
• Move materials to designated locations to support efficient warehouse operations.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Perform inventory handling, material movement, and general warehouse duties.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support multiple departments through cross-training and teamwork.

• Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and basic production equipment.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, packaging, or order fulfillment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
• Ability to work in a physically active environment and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Experience working with pipe, tubing, metal products, or similar materials.
• Experience in packaging, labeling, assembly, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to learn multiple departments and adapt to changing priorities.

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

This position is based in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment where temperatures may vary with the seasons. You'll work with production equipment, copper tubing, pipe, and warehouse materials while performing tasks such as cutting, packaging, wrapping, loading, and unloading. The role requires standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical work throughout the day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
