Warehouse Associate

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, turret trucks, and hand carts to move materials and finished products within the warehouse.
• Pick and prepare production orders accurately according to work order specifications.
• Follow warehouse procedures related to pallet selection, product segregation, labeling, and special handling requirements.
• Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners, barcode scanners, and warehouse management systems (WMS) such as Oracle EBS.
• Inspect products regularly for quality issues and report discrepancies to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits, and assist with inventory reconciliation activities.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, turret trucks, or reach trucks.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS or a similar Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency in using RF/barcode scanning devices.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to accurately handle inventory, order picking, and material movements in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to cross-train in Receiving, Inventory Control, and other warehouse functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and operational procedures.

• Ability to stand and perform physical duties for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 lbs.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when business needs require.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
• Additional overtime, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required based on operational needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Hanover, MD.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
