- Opportunity to modernize reporting processes
Key Responsibilities- Lead close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage consolidations, intercompany activity, and international reporting
- Maintain internal controls and support internal and external audits
- Develop financial models, KPIs, and Power BI reporting
- Lead and develop accounting staff while remaining hands-on
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Controller, Assistant Controller, or comparable leadership experience
- Strong US GAAP, close, reporting, and intercompany-accounting knowledge
- CPA Preferred
