Job Title: Field Service Coordinator
Job Description
The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the service department, managing incoming service requests and ticket queues, scheduling and dispatching technicians, and communicating with customers. This role ensures work moves efficiently from initial request through completion. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable making decisions, prioritizing competing demands, and taking ownership of tasks.

Work Environment
The position is based in an office setting with a very family-oriented, close-knit team. The team consists of office personnel and field technicians. Work hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Verona, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.25/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Additional incentive bonus potential of $10-$12K/year
