Production Crew Member – 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1:55 PM–10:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a 2nd Shift Production Crew Member to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will work with products coming off a Vboard production line, inspecting finished materials for quality and preparing them for shipment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work and is looking for a stable Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities to learn new skills and advance.
What You'll Do
- Accumulate, count, inspect, and pack finished products
- Inspect products for proper lamination, printing, and overall appearance
- Pack finished products according to customer specifications and quality standards
- Prepare, build, stack, band, and wrap skids
- Supply the appropriate paper and materials needed for production
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process
- Communicate quality concerns to machine operators and team members
- Read and follow production schedules and customer specifications
- Help maintain production rates while minimizing waste
- Assist with other production and machine operations as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred
- Good work history/tenure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow written production instructions and specifications
- Dependable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift
- Willingness to learn different areas of production
- Ability to work extended shifts, potentially up to 12 hours, when covering vacations or other absences
