Manufacture Engineer

We're hiring a Mechanical Engineer to support and improve equipment across our production floor. You'll work directly with our operations team to keep production lines running reliably, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and drive continuous improvement projects from encapsulation and tableting equipment to packaging and bottling lines.

Qualifications:

• Strong Mechanical Engineering foundation with practical experience in nutraceutical manufacturing or industrial environments,
• Familiar with the process of encapsulations process and the properties of different raw materials.
• Provide mechanical engineering support across production line equipment, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and preventive maintenance planning
• Work with operators and maintenance technicians to resolve equipment downtime quickly and minimize production impact.
• Good documentation practices.
• Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new production equipment
• Identify and lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste, improve efficiency and reliability, and support capacity growth, overall throughput, and safety.
• Collaborate with quality and regulatory teams to ensure equipment changes meet applicable standards (GMP environment)
• Knowledge of GMP or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
