THE OPPORTUNITYAs a Project Manager, you'll lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, taking ownership of the schedule, budget, project team, and client experience.
You'll work closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, clients, architects, and other project partners to keep projects moving forward while maintaining Pavilion's standards for safety, quality, schedule, and performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Lead projects from preconstruction and startup through completion and closeout
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project plans
- Lead preconstruction and project meetings, establishing clear expectations for project stakeholders
- Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, architects, and clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and project partners
- Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and overall performance
- Manage subcontractor performance, project documentation, changes, and other contractual requirements
- Identify project risks and proactively drive solutions to schedule, cost, scope, and coordination challenges
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project teams and stakeholders
- Use Pavilion's project management systems, tools, and procedures to maintain accurate project information and reporting
- Lead, coach, and develop project team members
- Drive successful project delivery while maintaining strong client and trade partner relationships
WHAT YOU'LL BRING- 5+ years of construction experience with multifamily, senior housing, hospitality, or similar projects
- Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, or in another construction project leadership role
- Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, subcontractors, design partners, and internal teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software
- A collaborative leadership style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
