What You’ll Do

As an In-Home Supports DSP, you’ll work directly with individuals to help them build independence, stay connected to their community, and maintain a safe and fulfilling lifestyle. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily living skills, personal care, and household tasks
• Supporting meal planning, grocery shopping, budgeting, and money management
• Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Encouraging social, recreational, and community involvement
• Supporting health and wellness needs
• Helping individuals develop technology and digital literacy skills
• Completing required documentation and communicating with the individual’s support team
• Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and overall quality of life

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with adequate insurance
• Ability to safely transport individuals as needed
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a support team
• Ability to communicate effectively and complete required documentation
• Basic computer, smartphone, and technology skills
• Ability to complete all required agency training, including CPR, First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration

Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved work-related travel.
