As a Line Cook at Tail Race Tavern, you’ll play a key role in delivering delicious meals that keep our customers coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
• Assisting with food prep and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

We’re seeking a Line Cook with the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
• Nights and weekend availability
• Reliable means of transportation
