Production Assembler Operator

Job description

We are looking for Medical Device Assemblers for a large medical device manufacturing company.

Location - Temecula, CA

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

1st shift: M-F 5am – 1:30pm or 6am – 2:30pm
2nd shift: M-F 2pm- 10:30pm or 2:30pm – 11pm
3rd shift Sunday – Fri 9pm – 5:30am

LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
Operator I 0 - to 2 years of experience
Operator II 3 to 4 years of experience

Operator III 5 + years of experience

PAY RATES:

Operator I 19.25/hr.
Operator II 20.00/hr.
Operator III 20.75/hr.

Operator I/2nd Shift 21.18/hr.
Operator II/2nd Shift 22.00/hr.
Operator III/2nd Shift 22.83/hr.

Operator1/3rd Shift 21.68/hr.
Operator II/3rd Shift 22.50/hr.
Operator III/3rd Shift 23.33/hr.

Job Duties:

• This position is responsible for the production of high quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell.
• Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices when performing all operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement/quality initiatives in order to enhance production processes to achieve quality and profitability metrics.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure traveler and quality documents are accurate, all parts are traceable and quality issues can be addressed to assure the quality of all products.

Education - High school degree or equivalent required.
