Clinton, TN | Full-time | 2nd Shift Monday-Friday from 3:00pm-11:30pm

Summary of the Role:

The Warehouse Shipping Associate plays a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations by handling materials, loading and unloading shipments, picking orders, and staging products for production and distribution. Working under the Warehouse Lead, this position ensures inventory is moved, stored, and documented accurately while operating material handling equipment safely and efficiently. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and cGMP/cGDP standards, and proficiency with warehouse systems and inventory management tools. Success in this position depends on maintaining warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and a clean, safe work environment while meeting production and shipping timelines.

Your Expectations:

Material Handling & Order Fulfillment

  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight safely and efficiently.
  • Pick, stage and move materials according to production and shipping requirements.
  • Process goods returned from production (finished goods, components, or semi-finished goods) and ensure materials are placed in the correct inventory locations.

Inventory Control & Documentation

  • Use warehouse scanning systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Inspect freight for damage and complete required documentation for discrepancies or returns.
  • Utilize ERP and inventory management systems to track material movement and inventory status.

Equipment Operation & Warehouse Safety

  • Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Follow warehouse safety practices, cGMP/cGDP requirements, and proper material handling practices.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, damaged materials, and safety concerns promptly.

Warehouse Organization & Team Support

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Coordinate daily activities with warehouse leadership to meet production and shipping schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support cross-functional warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a pharmaceutical cGMP Manufacturing setting is required for consideration.
  • Must have valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required for consideration.
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory best practices.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work efficiently to meet production and shipping deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
  • Forklift Certification preferred but not required.
