Aerotek is hiring experienced Lull Operators for commercial wood-frame construction projects in the Greater Boston area. This role combines operating a lull forklift with hands-on framing support on active multi-family construction sites. Candidates will assist framing crews, move materials, and support day-to-day construction operations while working on large-scale residential and commercial projects.

• Safely operate a lull forklift and other assigned equipment on commercial construction sites

• Move, lift, and place lumber, wall panels, and construction materials for framing crews

• Assist with wood framing and general labor tasks when not operating equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure proper material placement

• Support construction on multi-family housing, assisted living, townhome, hotel, and apartment projects

• Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns

• Coordinate with supervisors, framers, and other trades to maintain project schedules

• Follow all site safety requirements and equipment operating procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• 2A-1C Hoisting License (REQUIRED)

• Experience operating a lull forklift on commercial construction sites

• Previous commercial construction experience

• Ability to read and work from blueprints and construction drawings

• Comfortable performing both equipment operation and hands-on labor tasks

• Strong understanding of construction site safety practices

• Ability to work outdoors in an active construction environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, MA.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
