Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk – Bellefonte, PA $18–$20/hr | Day shift | On-site
A small Bellefonte manufacturer (specialty ceramics and assembly) needs one dependable person to run shipping, receiving and the stockroom. This is not a big-box picking job. You will be the person who knows what came in, what is on the shelf, and what went out the door.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Receive shipments: check the packing slip against the purchase order, enter it in the system, and flag anything that does not match
- Keep the stockroom organized and the counts accurate
- Pack and ship orders: verify counts, pack fragile parts carefully, and print UPS/FedEx labels
- Enter the correct counts into the shipping and invoicing system
- Schedule UPS and FedEx pickups (domestic and international)
- Lift up to 40 lbs and drive a forklift (certified, or willing to get certified)
- Day-shift hours set to cover the 4:00–4:30 pm carrier pickup
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- US citizen (required: this work falls under export-control rules)
- Shipping, receiving or stockroom experience: packing slips, counts, and UPS/FedEx or similar shipping software
- Comfortable on a computer and in Excel; you will learn the company's ERP and shipping software
- Reliable attendance
- Able to work on-site in Bellefonte and stay for the afternoon pickup window
