Pay: $50,000 - $55,000, plus profit sharing

Description

This role is in person, Tacoma, WA, where you will collaborate with our internal sales team, customers, and vendors to provide solutions to our customers' needs. The primary focus of this position will be small to large switchgear and lighting quotations, and project management of these awarded quotations. You will have the opportunity to truly see a project from the point of takeoff to its full fruition!

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-2 years of professional work experience (project estimation, project management, B2B sales, or customer-facing roles preferred)
• Strong interest in sales, customer service, and WINNING
• Willingness to work in a distribution/warehouse environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift 40+ lbs. and operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Self-starter with a positive attitude
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Driven by performance and metric based goals
• Enjoys collaborating with customers and creative problem solving
