This is a full-time, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm position, and we're offering $20.00/hour.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT BECOMING OUR PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

This role moves between various stations on the production floor and assists with warehouse operations as needed to maintain seamless workflows. You'll operate different machines as directed, making sure to follow all instructions/batch records and clean everything when you're finished. Finding the balance between speed and accuracy, you'll inspect raw materials for quality, perform basic calculations to determine specifications, and use precision tools to inspect finished products for defects. You'll separate low-quality items and report machinery issues to keep operations smooth. As needed, you'll also help train other associates on our processes and machinery operations. Additional duties include transporting materials with a pallet jack or a forklift (if you're certified/pursue certification with us).

Production Associate Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a production setting
  • Math skills for accurately working with fractions, decimals, and percentages
  • Basic computer skills, like email and general operating system navigation
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs, lift 50+ lbs with a team, and work on your feet for up to 8 hours daily
  • Ability to work outside year-round in various weather conditions and wear all company-provided PPE
  • Flexibility to change work assignments and priorities as directed

3+ years of relevant experience would be ideal but isn't required. A high school degree or equivalent would also be preferred. If you have solid communication skills and logical problem-solving abilities, apply today using our short initial application!
