Job Description: A Caldwell Toyota Service Advisor assists customers with their maintenance and repair requests.

Key responsibilities include the following: (Other responsibilities may be assigned.)

• Confirm customer's primary concerns upon arrival
• Communicate time and cost estimate to customer and keep them aware of the status of their vehicle in service at all times.
