Experienced Carpenter

You've spent years building your carpentry skills. We're looking for a company-ready carpenter who knows their way around a jobsite-and we're ready to provide the team, tools, benefits, and opportunities to put those skills to work.

Paragon Construction is looking for an Experienced Exterior Carpenter to join our growing Outdoor Division. You'll work on high-quality residential remodeling projects including decks, porches, framing, windows, doors, exterior trim, additions, and outdoor living spaces.

We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of professional carpentry experience who takes pride in craftsmanship, shows up ready to contribute, and understands the importance of taking care of both the project and the customer.

$25-$30/hour, based on experience, plus:

Our Outdoor Division tackles substantial residential remodeling projects, including:

• Decks and outdoor living spaces
• Screened and covered porches
• Framing and structural carpentry
• Window and exterior door installation
• Exterior trim and finish work and improvements
• Additions and other residential remodeling projects

You should have a minimum of 3 years of professional carpentry/construction experience, along with solid residential framing and carpentry skills.

We're also looking for someone who can read plans, measure accurately, solve problems in the field, work well independently and with a team, and maintain the level of craftsmanship our customers expect.

Just as importantly, you should be someone who is reliable, professional, safety-conscious, and respectful of our customers and their homes.
