About the role
Operate collaborative robots within a production cell to complete assembly tasks with consistency and care. This is a handson role built for doersno prior robotics background required.
Core responsibilities
- Run cobots and related equipment safely and efficiently
- Stage, load, and unload parts and materials
- Initiate and monitor production cycles
- Carry out basic assembly and quality verifications
- Recognize issues and escalate to the appropriate teammate
- Keep the cell clean, orderly, and safe
- Adhere to standard work and achieve daily output goals
Qualifications
- Consistent attendance and dependable work habits
- Comfort with handson work and learning new tools
- Follows instructions and safety rules precisely
- Basic computer/touchscreen proficiency
- Detailoriented with a quality mindset
- Experience in assembly, construction, manufacturing, or general labor is helpful but not required
- No robot programming experience required; training provided

Schedule
- First shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Second shift: Four 10hour days per week; 20% shift premium
Compensation
$17.00–$25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
