This role offers the opportunity to shape how technology, automation, and AI support the broader business. As Technology Leader, you will guide strategy and execution across a diverse technology environment, helping the organization identify and implement solutions that improve workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enable teams to work smarter. You will lead efforts to modernize systems, advance the organization's AI capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional partners, you will align technology investments and business priorities, ensuring that emerging technologies deliver practical, measurable improvements in productivity, employee experience, and operational performance while balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Ramaker offers a flexible work environment, and most of our employees work remotely. This position is eligible for remote work; however, regular travel to our Madison, Wisconsin office is expected, typically 1-2 days per week, based on business and team needs.
