A Hardee's Front Line Cashier is responsible forproviding excellent customer service while also taking orders, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.They also handle cash and credit card transactions, suggest menu items, and assist in stocking the beverage bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:Provide a positive and memorable customer experience.
- Order Taking:Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Cash Handling:Process payments (cash, credit, debit) and manage the cash drawer.
- Dining Area Maintenance:Clean tables, bus tables, and maintain a tidy dining environment.
- Product Knowledge:Answer customer questions about the menu and suggest items.
- Stocking:Stock beverage bar and other areas as needed.
- Cleaning:Perform cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Follow Procedures:Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer Service Skills:Ability to interact positively and professionally with customers.
