What you’ll tackle
- Build, service, and maintain piping networks that keep operations running.
- Study blueprints, schematics, and isometrics to determine layout and procedure.
- Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipe using the right tools for the job.
- Conduct inspections and pressure tests to verify integrity and performance.
- Partner with welders, electricians, and project teams to hit milestones.
- Uphold a tidy, hazard-aware worksite and follow all safety protocols.
- Record completed tasks and flag issues or variances to the supervisor.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or related training preferred.
- Hands-on experience in pipefitting or comparable mechanical installation.
- Working knowledge of materials, fittings, and installation best practices.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, and blueprints.
- Detail-focused troubleshooter with solid problem-solving ability.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
