We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of a portfolio of apartment communities. This leadership role is responsible for supporting onsite teams, driving property performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to community management teams.
• Drive occupancy, resident retention, and revenue growth.
• Monitor property performance and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Assist with budget management, financial performance, and expense control.
• Conduct regular property visits and provide coaching and guidance to site teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Multi-site management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management operations.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
