About the Role Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers throughout the order fulfillment process while ensuring exceptional service and accurate order management. This position serves as a key link between customers, sales, supply chain, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction. Experience working within SAP or a similar ERP system is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding order status, shipment schedules, and product availability.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, coordinating with internal departments to facilitate prompt resolutions.
- Support the sales team by providing customer-specific information, order updates, and account insights.
- Capture customer feedback and help drive initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain customer records and master data within SAP to ensure accurate processing and shipment of orders.
- Generate and review SAP and operational reports to monitor order releases, shipments, and invoicing activities.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to proactively address service challenges.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience.
- 2+ years of customer service, order management, or supply chain support experience.
- Experience in the food, ingredients, chemical, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- SAP experience is strongly preferred; experience with other ERP systems will also be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and related business applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
