Job Summary:The Project Manager I directs and supervises the work efforts of their assigned staff. This position executes the technical direction provided by Management regarding scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget for the project. The Project Manager is responsible for nurturing a positive client interface providing all project details to the client on a timely manner. The primary difference between this level and the Project Manager is the magnitude and scope (including cost and complexity) of assigned staff and/or projects. As well as the ability, through experience, to manage diverse and complex projects is a key factor.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsibleforscheduling,forecasting,andtrackingtheprojectandteamdeliverables.
• Manageanddelegateworkflowtomaximizeproductivity.
• Effectively beabletocreateworkplans,manageresourceplanning,set&trackgoals,implementprocess improvement, andsubmittimelyproject reporting.
• Developprojectworkplansandrecoveryplanstomaintainprojectandobjectives.
• Develop andimplement specific operatingstrategies tomeetdeliverables anddifferentiateAdvantageEngineersin the marketplace.
• PerformQualityControlreviewsofdocumentsandplansforaccuracyandcompleteness.
• Implementoperationalprotocolstodeliverandmeasurethequality ofourservices.
• Accountableforthedeploymentofworkloadschedules,projectexecution,deliverywithinbudget,andqualityof all project elements.
• Build,develop,improve,andexpandrelationshipswithkeyclientswithinthemarket.
• Attendallnecessarymeetingsandbetheprimarycontactwithyourclients.
• Listentounderstandtheneedsofyourclienttoimplement processand/orschedulechanges.
• Maintain openandpositiveworkingrelationshipsandenhancetheimageofthecompanyforthedevelopment ofadditionalbusiness opportunities.
• Provideconstantandconsistentfeedbackwithyourclientsinordertocontinuebuildingtrustandprojectfocus.
• SubmitPurchaseOrder(PO)requeststo clients,workwith clientstoobtainPO,track workcompletedto invoiceagainst PO,andregularly report to management.
• Understandthatclientengagementanddevelopmentisoneofthemostimportantaspects oftheposition.
• Createanatmosphereofteamworkandcollaboration,whilefosteringemployeeengagement.
• Promoteasenseofurgencywithintheteam.
• Regularlymeetwitheachteammembertoreviewgoals,progress,andKPls.
• Activelycoachandmentoryourteammemberstoinsureemployeegrowthandsuccess.
• Identifyandsolicitresourcesfortrainingandemployeeeducation toensure employeeshavesound knowledge on technical and business practices.
• Fostertheuseofnew/innovativeconceptsinthedevelopmentofprojectdesignsandproposals.
• Encourageyourteamtoseekadvicefromtechnicalexpertsintheindustrytobemoresuccessful,efficient,andtimely.
• Reviewandapprovetimesheets,expensereports,andinvoicesforassignedemployees.
• Evaluateemployeeperformanceinaccordancewithcompanypolicyandjobrequirements.
• AlwayspromoteastrongSafetyCulturewithstaffandcontractors.
• Provideoversightandleadershipforteammembers,consultants,andcontractorstocompleteproject assignments on schedule.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• ExperiencewithintheTelecommunication/Wirelessindustrypreferred.
• Provenabilitytoanalyzefinancialreportsandbudgetstoplanthecourseoftheworkeffectively.
• Provenaptitudetodemonstrateknowledgeandexperienceinstrategicplanninganddevelopment.
• Provenexperienceleading,motivating,andcommunicatingconsistentlywithemployeesandclients.
• PMPorequivalentcertificationpreferred.

Education and Experience:

• Mustpossessatleast5-7yearsofexperienceinaprojectmanagementrole.
• Possessabachelor'sdegreeinBusinessManagement,ConstructionManagement,orequivalentyearsofexperience.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able tolift upto 15 pounds at times.
