Job Description
The Laboratory Relocation Coordinator / Client Services Representative plays a key role in supporting a new laboratory build-out by coordinating the installation of lab assets arriving from multiple locations. This in-person role focuses on vendor coordination, asset readiness, safety compliance, and administrative support to ensure that laboratory relocation activities proceed smoothly and on schedule. You will serve as a primary on-site point of contact for vendors and internal teams, helping maintain accurate project documentation and driving continuous improvement throughout the relocation process.

Work Environment
This is an in-person role based at a client laboratory site involved in a new lab build-out and relocation project. You will work primarily in laboratory environments and adjacent office areas, interacting frequently with vendors, security personnel, and on-site project teams. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in hours as needed to support vendor visits and project activities. The environment requires strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment guidelines, including consistent use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with laboratory safety protocols. You will use tools such as SmartSheet and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and related applications) to manage tasks, documentation, and communication. Free on-site parking is available, making commuting convenient. The culture emphasizes safety, organization, clear communication, and collaboration across a small project team working across multiple sites, offering the opportunity to support a significant laboratory build-out and relocation initiative on a 12-month contract with potential for conversion to a full-time role.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
