Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all product lines and storage locations
- Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and reconcile discrepancies
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure proper stock rotation and fulfillment
- Utilize inventory management software to update records and generate reports
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams to align inventory needs
- Identify and investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions
- Maintain organized and efficient storage systems to support daily operations
Requirements:- Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
- Bilingual Spanish/ English Preferred.
