Experienced escrow processor

The Experienced Escrow Processor is responsible for managing and processing loan closing documents within a small team setting. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this role requires attention to detail and coordination to ensure smooth and efficient loan closings. The position involves working extensively with escrow software tools and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify loan closing documents accurately
• Coordinate escrow file management and documentation
• Communicate with customers to address inquiries and provide updates
• Resolve issues related to loan closing documentation and timelines
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth loan closings

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in loan processing
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of loan documentation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail
• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
