Forklift Operator – 1st Shift
Location: North Kingstown, RI
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a full-time, 1st shift opportunity in the North Kingstown, RI area. This position will be responsible for safely operating forklift equipment to move, load, unload, and stage materials throughout a warehouse/production environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move and transport materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks and trailers
- Move and stage pallets, products, and materials
- Receive and put away incoming materials
- Pick and prepare materials for production or shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory and material locations
- Perform general warehouse and material handling duties as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Comfortable loading/unloading trailers and moving palletized materials
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Ability to work a full-time 1st shift schedule
Pay: $22.00 per hour
