Compensation:
- Base Pay: $35,000 – $65,000 (depending on experience)
- On-site Housing: 1BR/1BA Apartment (Valued at ~$22,000/year)
- Total Compensation Potential: Up to $87,000
- Recently Converted to Luxury Residential
- All New Construction

About the Role:
Join our team as a full-time, live-in Building Superintendent overseeing a 60-unit residential property converted from a hotel. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver experienced in multiple trades, able to handle everything from maintenance to vendor coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Daily building operations and maintenance of 60-unit property.
- Perform or coordinate repairs: HVAC/heating & cooling, carpentry, painting/drywall, tiling, light plumbing/electrical.
- Supervise vendors and contractors for major building systems.
- Handle emergency repairs and ensure code compliance.
- Maintain inspection logs, preventive maintenance schedules, and resident service requests.
- Collaborate with ownership and management to maintain property standards.
Requirements:
- Must live on-site full-time in provided 1BR/1BA apartment.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in property maintenance or superintendent role.
- Skilled in at least two trades (HVAC, carpentry, painting, plumbing, or electrical).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license; background check required.
