Starting Pay: $19.50/hr
Experienced CNC Operators: Up to $22.00/hr based on experience
Available Shifts1st Shift
3rd Shift
Operate CNC machines, mills, lathes, and other production equipment
Load and unload parts while ensuring correct placement and orientation
Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections
Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Read blueprints and work instructions to verify specifications
Maintain production quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Follow all safety and quality procedures
What We're Looking ForPrevious manufacturing, production, or industrial experience
Basic CNC machine operating knowledge
Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints
Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
