Deck Installer - Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter with a background in window and door installation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing residential windows and doors and takes pride in high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and repair residential windows and doors
• Remove existing windows and doors safely and efficiently
• Measure openings accurately and ensure proper fit and finish
• Seal, insulate, and weatherproof installations to manufacturer and company standards
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Follow all safety procedures and building codes

Qualifications

• Previous experience installing windows and doors (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and installation techniques
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders and job sites
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vinyl, wood, and aluminum windows and doors
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic carpentry and trim work experience
• Construction or remodeling background
