This is a role where you’ll have a seat at the table and the opportunity to influence plant performance, cost structure, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Cost accounting & inventory

Budgeting & forecasting

Variance analysis

Cash flow & working capital

Capital investment analysis

Cost reduction & productivity initiatives

Internal controls & compliance

Audit management

Financial dashboards & reporting

Team leadership & development

The ideal candidate brings:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 7+ years of accounting experience

• 3+ years within manufacturing

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience at the controller level

• Strong GAAP, cost accounting, and financial reporting knowledge

• ERP experience SAP is highly preferred

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• The ability to translate financial information into business decisions

CPA is preferred but not required.
