We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategies that support organizational goals. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance across employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational development, workforce planning, and HR policies and practices.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, solutions-oriented HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and HR policies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee performance, development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
- Lead and support performance management processes, ensuring consistency, accountability, and alignment with company goals.
- Partner with leadership on organizational changes, restructurings, and other workforce initiatives.
- Analyze people-related data and trends to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that improve employee engagement and business performance.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR functions to deliver an integrated employee experience.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies in partnership with HR leadership and legal counsel.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee and organizational matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
