Production Helper

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Production Helper to join our manufacturing team. The role involves assisting machine operators, managing materials, and ensuring production efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in fast food or retail looking to transition into a production environment.

• Assist machine operators with production setups and changeovers.
• Stage and move materials, rolls, and finished products throughout the production area.
• Load and unload materials on printing, slitting, converting, and extrusion equipment.
• Monitor product quality and assist with inspections.
• Package and label finished materials.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Support operators in maintaining efficient production flow.
• Perform other production support tasks as assigned.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to handle large rolls of material and production equipment safely.
• Good attitude and reliable attendance.

• At least 6 months of recent, continuous work history with the same company, demonstrating reliability and job stability.
• Experience in fast food or retail with some physical work experience, such as unloading boxes, moving materials, or stocking.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in following work instructions.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Not highly sensitive to strong or industrial odors.

Our manufacturing facility is located in Auburn, WA, and operates in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The work schedule is designed for flexibility, with 12-hour day and swing shifts, offering a rotating pattern that provides ample time off. The facility is non-climate-controlled, and employees should be prepared to work in varying temperature conditions.

This is a Contract position based out of Auburn, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
