You will
- Own program delivery for high-visibility aerospace efforts across commercial, military, and space domains
- Manage integrated schedules, budgets, risk registers, and executive/customer reporting
- Lead cross-functional teamsengineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and customersto drive outcomes
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and phase-gate discipline to accelerate NPI and stabilize builds
- Champion customer engagement and communications throughout development and production ramp
You have
- 7+ years’ experience in aerospace or advanced manufacturing, preferably with primes/Tier 1 suppliers
- Program/project leadership background within engineering and manufacturing settings
- Proven collaboration across multifunctional partners (engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, customers)
- Deep understanding of schedule, cost, risk, and program execution best practices
- Experience with NPI, product development, and phase-gate environments; comfortable with complex fabrication
