Assistant Living Resident Care Partner (RCP)

Kennesaw Village is seeking aResident Care Partner (RCP) for full and part-time positions. The ideal candidates must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen career.

We are looking to fill all shifts, with Full or Part Time Available!

Duties of aResident Care Partner:

• Assisting with baths/showers
• Bed making, activity groups
• Pass trays and answer call lights
• Helping with meals and setting up the dining room, etc.

Qualifications for aResident Care Partner:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Long term care experience- preferred
• Sufficient experience in order to perform daily tasks with an understanding of the duties involved.
