Seeking an experienced Investment Operations professional to support complex financial transactions, trade processing, and operational requests across investment and institutional clients. This role will process and research transactions, resolve trading and processing issues, monitor service levels and productivity, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have experience in brokerage, investment, trade, mutual fund, securities, or asset management operations, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume work. Experience serving as an SME, training others, troubleshooting operational issues, and working with financial systems is highly valued.
