Your Role and Impact

As aBCBAat Cortica,you'llplay a pivotal role in overseeingneurodiversity-affirmingclinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.You'lllead ateam ofbehavior technicians (BTs),empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmentaldifferences.

QualificationsandRequirements

• Master's degree in human servicesora related field.

• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certificationrequired.
