Production Operator

Pay Rate: $19.44/Hour on W2 – 2nd Shift

$19.80/Hour on W2 – 3rd Shift
Shift:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 9:30 PM–6:00 AM

Position Description

• Perform production line and material-handling activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Operate production equipment requiring mechanical skills and aptitude.
• Inspect components, materials, documents, and finished products according to established procedures.
• Complete batch records, logbooks, SOP documentation, lot changes, line clearances, production processes, and cleaning activities.
• Identify non-conforming products and report process or equipment issues.
• Follow cGMP guidelines, SOPs, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Perform minor mechanical adjustments, clear equipment jams, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Work with team members to maintain quality, productivity, compliance, customer service, and safety standards.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and up to 75 lbs. assisted.

Experience Required

• Previous production, manufacturing, material handling, or equipment operation experience preferred.
• Experience following SOPs, GMP/cGMP, quality, and safety procedures is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to accurately follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to meet production standards and work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be available for the assigned 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.

Education Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass the GMP test and obtain required area certifications.
